The T2 can be customised for each client and their individual training needs. Should a transport system have more than one vehicle requiring training, the T2 could be designed to train for multiple vehicles types.

The T2 is an open backed module built to partially emulate the cab. The console section is designed to suit each cab layout with foot pedals and Master Controller modified accordingly. A single ultra-high definition screen reproduces the front view from the vehicle’s cab. Further screens are added as necessary to simulate all mirrors and vehicle control system screens. Some of these screens may be configured for more than one purpose. Most of the vehicle controls are represented digitally on touchscreens with remaining controls sourced from vehicle manufacturer suppliers. All are configured to emulate the functionality of the real vehicle.

An audio system provides an accurate sound experience. Additional hardware can be added in the form of CCTV with video streaming across the network to the Instructor Station. The T2 is suitable for the following training applications:
